Delivery Policy
All deliveries within Australia are sent via Australia Post 'parcel post' service and over the years we have found them to be very reliable and dependable. Transit time within Australia usually varies between 3 to 7 working days depending on where you live. International deliveries can take longer to reach the destination. We dispatch orders within 3 business days once payment has cleared & 1 business day for express post. In rare instances if the ordered item is found to be damaged at final inspection or is out of stock, you will be notified and you can then select between waiting for restock (where possible) , select another item/s or receive a refund
Flat rate postage: To simplify postage we have decided to charge a flat fee per transaction regardless of the number of items ordered for both domestic and international. We have subsidised the postage cost and currently it is $7.95 Australia wide for regular, $11.95 for express (upon request) and the balance of the cost is on us. International postage will be $24.99 worldwide for upto 1Kg- this will include signature on delivery & insurance for peace of mind. Therefore you can shop with complete confidence that there are no additional hidden postage costs or surcharges
Note: Any customs or import duties will be buyer’s responsibility as we have no control over them
Shipping information: Please ensure that the correct shipping details are entered at the time of checkout as we will not be held responsible if the delivery goes missing or lost in transit due to incorrect details. If due to incorrectly entered detailed the parcel is returned back to us we will charge delivery fee again to re-deliver
Order not received: Please bear in mind that once the package has been lodged with Aus Post we have no control over any delivery issues or delayed delivery time frames - especially in busy seasons. Once you have received confirmation from our end that your order has been dispatched then please contact Australia Post on 137 678 or use the tracking number sent by us to track your shipment on the Australia Post Website - (will open in a new window). In an exceptional circumstance if your tracking says ‘Delivered’ however you have not received your order, then please contact your local post office to lodge a case and they will be able to investigate further
Note: If no one is available to receive the package, the postal officers may not leave the package in the letterbox or outside the front door. Usually a note is left in the letter box alerting you to pick it up from your local post office
Order gone missing: In the unlikely event of the order going missing in transit (confirmed by Australia Post), we request that you keep patience till the case is investigated and resolved by Australia Post with a definite outcome. We are unable to offer any replacements or refunds until the case is closed
Please note that despite our best endeavours there can be rare occasions where a delivery is delayed due to factors outside our control. So we request your patience and cooperation in these exceptional circumstances.
