What size garments do you stock
We source our beautiful collection of garments from a variety of suppliers and therefore sizes available in stock can vary depending on style, patterns and the sizing packs supplied. We always order full packs and wherever possible we get plus sizes. Please refer to our sizing guide
Where are your garments and accessories made
Since we source from a number of suppliers the country of origin can be India, China, Thailand, USA and others. It excites us to offer our customers amazing tunics and accessories made thousands of miles away. At the same time, some of our gorgeous products are made in Australia and some even made locally in Queensland

Received item is not as described or arrived damaged
We quality check every item very rigorously before dispatching, however we do realise that in exceptional cases a damaged item might slip through or an incorrect item is sent by mistake. If that situation does arise then please email us explaining the problem along with photos and we will definitely resolve it to your satisfaction. Please read our detailed returns policy
Item not received
We take great care in quality checking and packaging, and send all shipments using Australia Post
We have found Australia Post to be very reliable and dependable. Transit time within Australia varies between 3 to 7 working days & international deliveries can take about a month to reach destination.
Few of our customers have advised us that in some cases the postal officers do not leave the package in the letterbox if no one is at home and therefore we advise customers to contact their local post office if item/s have not been received in the expected time frame. Insurance can be added at an additional cost - please contact us for a quote before finalising payment and we will revert asap with the options available. We will automatically send via 'Regular Post' option unless specified otherwise

Who will pay import duties & tax
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or other types of import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable or import duties before placing the order. We send all parcels through Australia Post and recommend customers to confirm above with their local government bodies such as Customs and Excise as I Love Tunics will not be liable for any duty or tax

How long will you take to process my order
We aim to ship all items within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your order. However your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock or is damaged - in such cases we will inform you ASAP and keep you updated on the status of your order

Colour displayed on your screen will depend on your computer's settings, there could be a slight discrepancy to the actual colour
Stubs, staple yarns, mild shade variations & uneven weaving are natural characteristics of some hand made handloom & not a defect
Normal shrinkage of 5% may occur in garments and is considered normal
All items and listing prices are subject to change without prior notice - including shipping costs
